Ownership

All source code, images, graphics, artwork, designs, assets, and documentation associated with this project are the exclusive intellectual property of OxioDev.

Permitted Use

This material may be viewed for personal or educational reference only. No other rights are granted under this license.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:

• Editing or modifying the material
• Copying or reproducing the material
• Redistribution or reuse
• Commercial use
• Reverse engineering
• Removal, alteration, or concealment of watermarks

Commercial Use and Modification

Any commercial use, modification, editing, reuse, redistribution, or watermark removal requires prior written approval from both the Owner (PhaseDev) and the Co-Owner (Oxio).

Watermark Policy

Watermarks applied to images or assets must not be removed, altered, hidden, cropped, or modified in any way without prior written approval from both owners.

Termination

Any violation of this license will result in immediate termination of all permissions granted herein.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by OxioDev.

Any use beyond viewing requires written approval from both owners.
